Site resources

     This site is has been designed as a resource for young artists aspiring to set forth into musical endeavors and ministry. The ministries/companies to which this site has been linked has established verbal and/or contractual agreements with NuVibe and has given their consent for referrals for its purpose. NuVibe is not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur with the sites to which it is linked. However, we are confident in the integrity of any site we link with and therefore refer you to that site for resolution. 

Investments/Donations  NuVibe Endeavor

     Monies invested in NuVibe Endeavor are used for the sole purposes of NuVibe, its operations and programs to expand its range of outreach. If you need a statement for tax purposes, you can send an email to nuvibeproductions@yahoo.com. Statements will be kept on file for one year after the date of transaction and will only be sent by request. All requests will be sent by mail and will take 5 to 7 business days to receive.  

     Any artists submitting works to the "Music With a Motive" program must follow the following guidelines. 1. Each artist submitting a work must fill out a Song Submission Agreement that allows NuVibe to market that work for the benefit of the desired charity. 2. All tracks must be submitted on CD in MP3 format and cannot exceed 4 minutes in length. No submissions will be accepted by e-mail. 3. All music will be subject to approval by NuVibe before it is made available in the Music Store which means it will be checked for quality, message and originality. 4. If it is found that a song submitted is owned by another artist, it will be rejected and or removed  from the site.  5. Only 3 songs per artist will be accepted for the Music Store. If you would like to submit an entire album, NuVibe can offer you the standard rate for an artist page. NuVibe will not promote charities in an artist page but will allow new music to be rotated at the end of their current contract term. 6. In order to best support any charities, NuVibe suggests that songs submitted not be included in any other albums or compilations during the term of the contract. 7. NuVibe claims only the rights in the terms of the contract and will not reproduce or copy any works without the written consent of the artist.

Featured Artists

     Our featured artists page is designed to help new artists promote their music and ministry. If you would like to promote your new album or any initiative that involves reaching people through the awakening of their God intended purpose, you can e-mail nuvibeproductions@yahoo.com with your request. NuVibe reserves the right to decline requests from artists whose lifestyles and/or music do not reflect it's character and standards. NuVibe will also remove pages, links and/or information that in any way compromises the integrity of this site and its affiliates. 

Sound Trends Ad-Space

   Rates:      Quarter Page Ad = $15.00/mo  Half Page Ad = $25.00/mo  Full Page Ad = $35.00/mo

   Run ad for 3 Months and get 1 month free. (offer thru 6/30/09)

    Rates include any graphics that can be sized to fit the space selected. Payment must be made up front and can be made on the endeavor page by Paypal, or credit card. Click this link to get there.  Payments can also be made to NuVibe productions by check or money order and sent to P.O. Box 842500 Houston, TX 77284. All ads must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the issue release date. This will provide time to proof the ad and finalize the rendering. Ads are subject to restrictions therefore must be approved for posting to this site. Nuvibe Productions reserves the right to discontinue any ad that is deemed false or invalid. If an ad has to be pulled for such reason, only the full months remaining on the run time agreement may be refunded. Please e-mail all questions to nuvibeproductions@yahoo.com.  

Music 

     The musical works featured on this site are original and covered by applicable copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or download is prohibited. If you would like to purchase a CD, you can do so on the artist's page or by contacting the artist directly. You can also go to the NuVibe Music Store to purchase single tracks of artists who have submitted music for download.
