-The guys who realize that the power of Kingdom expression does not solely rely on the wattage of their amplifiers or the number of channels on their mixers but on substance and quality.  

     These are the guys who may not flow with the sounds of voice or instrument, but flow with a sound mind knowing the depths of the Father’s expression. –knowing how to set, arrange and capture the essence of what God is saying.

     These are the guys who have become comfortable flowing in the current of the unknown, the unrehearsed and the unexpected. They have learned to live and rely on the sound mind, which empowers them to explore and navigate unseen possibilities.

     These are the guys who dedicate themselves to clarity, who will invest time and money so that those needing to hear will hear and those needing instruction will be guided. Because they realize that they not only have the power to capture sound, they possess the power to capture the essence and spirit of that sound so that it is not just heard, but received into the hearts of listeners.

     I thank God for you guys (and quite a few ladies as well) who have understood the significance of your contributions. -Those of you who have discovered that the impact of your sound depends on a sound mind and have allowed yourselves to become the essence of God’s expression.  May God continue to increase you in all His endeavors.
